With over 25 years of international experience in interior design, home staging, and property presentation, my work focuses on creating spaces that are not only visually coherent, but emotionally and strategically aligned with the people who live in them — or the market they are meant to speak to.
Under Monika Griffith Rooms, I bring together three pillars of my work:
interior design, home staging, and authorship. Each informs the other. Design gains depth through lived experience. HomeStaging benefits from market awareness. Writing distills both into clear, practical insight.
I have sold many houses in my lifetime so I didn't think it would be any problem selling my parent's house. However after being on the market for an extended amount of time I had no offers, in spite of lowering the price. The house was 54 years old and to say the least, dated, so for the first time I decided to use a staging company, Monica did a beautiful job, including some re design and actually finished under budget.
